The Company holds the right to nullify any winnings, suspend and forfeit any remaining balance in your account, and/or disable your account without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

1. You possess more than one active account with The Company.
2. The name provided does not match the name on the bank account or other payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals.
3. You partake in a promotion and withdraw funds before meeting the specified requirements.
4. The registration information you provided is incorrect or misleading.
5. You have failed to provide the required identification information when requested.
6. You are below the legal age limit.
7. You access and engage in the Services from a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law.
8. You deny any of the transactions or deposits you have made.
9. You deposit money derived from illegal or unauthorized activities.
10. You are discovered to be involved in cheating or attempting to cheat any individual or entity. This includes utilizing artificial intelligence or other systems specifically designed to exploit the system or colluding with other players to defraud The Company.
11. You have knowingly or unknowingly allowed or permitted someone else to use your account.
12. You fail to adhere to any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

In the event that the provision of Services is suspended and/or your account is deactivated, the Services will be reinstated and/or your account will be reactivated only after the necessary rectification measures have been verified.

The Company maintains the authority to issue, maintain, and close user accounts at any time and for any reason. The decision regarding any aspect of your account, use of the Services, or the Site is final and not subject to review or appeal. We will provide reasonable notice before taking such action, unless circumstances prevent us from doing so due to legal or practical reasons.
